What is the average shipping time for furniture and decor?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale decor items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Rescript ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
What materials are used in Rescript products?
We prioritize sustainability and durability, using FSC-certified wood, organic textiles, and recycled metals across our entire home collection.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
